Sanjeeva Kumar, Special Secretary (Health), Union Health Ministry , informed that 3 more confirmed cases have been found in India.The number of coronavirus cases in India has reached to 34.
2 cases are from Ladakh and 1 from Tamil Nadu with travel history from Oman. The two cases from Ladakh have traveled from Iran. A large number of Shia muslims of Kargil and Leh have close relations with Iran.

South Korea is witnessing the 2nd heaviest onslaught with more than 7,041 cases and high rates of deaths.Italy and Iran are other hot spots which are witnessing rapid increase in numbers of victims of COVID 19.
Corona virus quarantine hotel collapsed in China
China suffered another setback as 70 people got trapped ,when a hotel,which was being used for purpose of coronavirus quarantine in the city of Quanzhou, in South Eastern Fujian province, collapsed.Local government website informs that about 23 victims have been rescued.

United States got new challenge of containing an outbreak of COVID 19 on the Grand Princess cruise ship on coast of San Francisco.The ship can hold 2,600 passengers and 1,150 crew members.It is reported that about 21 people have tested positive for the Corona virus. It was not allowed to dock in the city.
In USA, NBA has issued a circular that basketball players will have to play matches without fans in stadiums.Many players ,like LeBron James , have refused to play games without fans.
