DANGEROUS HURRICANE LANE SOUTH OF THE MAIN HAWAIIAN ISLANDS AND MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH NORTHWEST
National Weather Service of USA , has issued warning of Huricane disaster in Hawai Moisture associated with Hurricane Lane now cover all of the main Hawaiian Islands, with more on the way, as Lane nears the islands. This will raise the threat for flash flooding even more through Saturday. Hurricane Lane will also bring other life threatening conditions with damaging winds, dangerous surf, coastal storm surge and intense flooding rains through Saturday.
Synopsis: PHZ100-241615- 526 PM HST Thu Aug 23 2018 .Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters... Hurricane Lane, centered near 17.8N 157.9W at 5 PM HST or around 240 nautical miles south of Honolulu, is moving north northwest at 5 knots. Lane is forecast to continue to track north northwest through Friday, then turn toward the west Saturday and Sunday. Lane will move over or very close to the coastal waters through the weekend. $$
