With confirmation of two new cases in Pune, the total number of COVID 19 infection in India has risen to 47.
The Bengaluru resident who was tested positive for #coronavirus travelled from USA to India, said Karnataka Medical Education Minister Dr K Sudhakar.
The 40-year-old man, was tested positive for #coronavirus in #Bengaluru. He developed symptoms 4 days after he arrived from the USA .He himself reported to a private hospital.
On the other hand,a person who was suspected of corona virus infection escaped from Wenlok Hospital in Mangaluru.He has arrived from Dubai at Manglore International Airport.
Similarly, a 3 member family comprising a 24-year-old youth and his parents aged 55 and 53 respectively arrived at Kochi International Airport and didnt disclose that they are returning from Italy.
They avoided understanding medical check up at airport.Later,they infected two of their old age relatives.
IT companies in Bangluru are asking their employees to work from home.Many of them have asked for this to cut down travel and gathering at work place.
Cab booking is down in many cities in India. Air travel has reduced significantly.Airfare is down.
