Stories of bravery by security forces in Kerala flood

Bravo...[/caption] People are expressing their gratitude to security forces in varied way. Although most of the victims have lost every material and money to give any gift in physical form. However, the smile and high spirit of Kerala citizens has not been dampened in spite of flooding waters. Rescue workers from security agencies like ITBP,BSF,CRPF, NDRF, Army, Air Force, Navy, police have all been working tirelessly with local volunteers to help people stranded in the flood ravaged Kerala.

These photos show that these security personnel are the real heroes. They are ready to sacrifice live to save live of fellow citizens.It shows humanity is still not lost.

Naib Subedar Manbar Singh of 13 Garhwal Rifles and his team carried out rescue operation in 8-10 feet deep water for five hours and rescued 536 persons in Kerala.  Today, Indian Air Force undertook flood relief operations & provided food to the people affected by flood in Kodagu region, Karnataka. width=401 Rajya Sabha Chairman Shri Venkaiah Naidu and Lok Sabha Speaker Smt Sumitra Mahajan called a meeting and appealed to appeal to Members of Parliament to generously contribute for
